Meet the Founder — Brandon Jones
Ripple was founded by North County entrepreneur Brandon Jones, who has spent more than 20 years building and operating businesses. After seeing firsthand how valuable strong professional relationships can be, Brandon created Ripple to give local business owners and professionals a more personal, practical way to connect, exchange opportunities, and help one another grow.

Ripple brings North County business owners and professionals together every week to build relationships, exchange referrals, make introductions, and help one another grow. Each meeting runs from 7:00 to 8:30 AM. Here's how a typical meeting will flow.
Open Networking & Breakfast
Arrive, grab coffee or breakfast, meet other local professionals, and catch up before the structured portion begins.
Welcome & Announcements
Brief welcome, introductions to Ripple, group updates, and any relevant announcements.
Member Introductions
Each attendee briefly introduces themselves, explains what they do, and describes the types of customers, connections, or referrals they're looking for.
Referrals & Testimonials
Members exchange referrals, recognize other members, share successful connections, and thank members who have helped them.
Member Spotlight
One member introduces their business in greater depth — what they offer, who they serve, what differentiates them, and what an ideal referral looks like.
